The hunting cadre is led by Shas'O Kauyon Shi. His full name is Shas'O Fal'shia Kauyon Shi Mont'yr - honourable of the firecaste warrior from the sept Fal'shia, patient hunter in battle, bonded.

Shas'O Kauyon Shi has proven his worth in numerous battles against the tyranid invasion before aspiring to the rank of shas'o. He seems to employ a lot of drones in battle. In addition to that his use of vehicles and specialized troops has increased lately.

The relatively small number of fire warriors displayed in this hunting cadre seems to be typical for Fal'Shia. This migth be due to the fact that it is a world of the earth caste, so Fal'Shia might have a relatively small number of firewarriors. Being from the earth caste, a technical solution like using drones, vehicles and advanced technology, seems to be a logical step for the sept. But they have also been seen fielding mercenaries. These are mostly kroot, but there are rumours that Fal'Shia also employs mercenaries from other races as well as gue'la auxiliaries to make up for their small number of warriors.
