This unit consist of 35 swordsmen with full command. Like the rest of the army the swordsmen follow the colours of the British army of the 17th and 18th century. Notice that the musician wears a special uniform. Musicians often wore very colourfull variants of the regular uniform.

The banner is based on the English flag. It is supplemented with a golden crown as a special honour. The motto on the banner is "nec aspera terrent" - even unfavourable circumstances do not frighten me. This is to show that the regiment is not easily shaken.
